Consultant, In-House CRA, Medical Device Summary Our client, a Fortune 500 Medical Device Company, has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide an In-House CRA. This position will report to the Associate Director within the monitoringdepartment. This individual will be responsible for the planning and execution of clinical studies for all assigned study sites. This position requires the ability to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and business acumen. Duties / Expectations of Role Supports regulatory and clinical protocol compliance for all clinical projects at the assigned sites. In partnership with the assigned Company field staff and in-house personnel, coordinates the start-up, maintenance and close out of the assigned clinical study sites.Review informed consent documents to ensure all required elements are included. Reviews and analyzes study data, regulatory documents for accuracy and completeness, and supports data queries resolution.Supports the follow-up and resolution of findings from monitoring visits and audits on the assigned study sites.Serves as a liaison to clinical study management, site management personnel and site personnel by responding to protocol-related issues and escalating as appropriate. Acts as a primary contact for the assigned study sites.Communicates and collaborates with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.Performs review of site compliance under supervision and escalates issues to site operations management and/or study management.Updates and maintains internal clinical trial information and document management systems including trial master file management. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor’s Degree preferred2 years minimum of monitoring experience in pharma, biotech and/or medical deviceMust have clinical site experience, to include supporting up to 40 sitesStrong organizational and communication skills with both internal and external staff Nice to Have Prior medical device site experience Term & Start Pay $35 - $39/hr.7 month contract with possibility of extension and/or conversionASAP – September 2026Full time (40 hours/week) Onsite in Greater Minneapolis, MN or Greater Dallas, TexasBenefits included (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)2 interview process – 1 Video and 1 Onsite
