Total Demoliton Services, Inc. has been in business for 22 years and we are seeking to hire an experienced job site foreman. This individual should be reliable, hardworking and be a team leader.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional leadership and treat employees and clients with dignity and respect.
• Create a safe, organized work environment that is productive and finish jobs in a timely manner.
• Lead by example by being on time and following all safety and company policies.
• Read blueprints and understand job progression and efficiency.

Requirements

• Demolition or construction foreman experience is a must.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug test, background check and MVR.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Be willing to travel out of town occasionally.
