About the role
Run a full crew across multi-trade coordination. Schedule, quality, and safety responsibility.
What you'll do
- Own the schedule across hang, tape, and finish on your jobs
- Coordinate with GC, electrical, HVAC, and framing
- Hold quality + safety standard on every walk
- Hire and deploy crew across concurrent jobs
Requirements
- 8+ years in the trade, 3+ as lead or foreman
- GC coordination experience
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
Nice to have
- Commercial tenant-improvement schedule experience
- Bilingual — runs briefings in English and Spanish

Shadow the owner on a live job and a current foreman on a mid-phase project. We walk you through our standards, our paperwork, and how we want GC conversations handled before you take a job solo.
Pay and schedule
- Pay $60k–$85k / yr
- Schedule Mon–Fri early start, occasional Saturday
- Salary or high hourly based on experience
- Performance bonus per project
