Role Summary
The Site Engineer is responsible for delivering XYZ Reality’s core service on construction projects. This includes tracking construction progress against BIM models, performing quality inspections on-site, and submitting findings to the client through the XYZ platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Track construction progress against BIM models using XYZ’s Augmented Reality Device – The Atom.
- Conduct on-site quality inspections and raise observations on the XYZ Platform.
- Ensure these QA Issues are submitted to the client on a daily basis.
- Be responsible for the quality of your work ensuring that it follows outlined workflows and standards.
- Maintain high levels of data accuracy and reporting standards.
- Collaborate with other engineers on-site to ensure full coverage of the project.
- Support the Lead Engineer in maintaining operational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience working on construction sites.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and software platforms.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced site environment.
- Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Suite).

This is a permanent role. Ongoing assignments will be subject to project availability and the candidate’s flexibility to travel or relocate.
