Site Director Finance

Location: Larkin Bldg @ Exchange Street, Buffalo, NY. Work Type: Full-Time, Shift 1. Department: KH Decision Support. Union Code: N00 - Non Union.

Responsibilities

• Responsible, with operational leadership, for performance, growth and overall financial performance of the site.
• Provides financial education and leadership to hospital managers and directors that will create ownership of financial goals.
• Contributes financial expertise in planning of new services and finding opportunities within current expense structures.
• Key decision maker for position requests, productivity/staffing changes, service level changes.
• Acts as key advisor to site leader in strategic planning, service line growth and financial viability.
• Dotted line responsibility for overseeing site finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required.
• Requires either a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in Financial analysis required.
• Experience in Healthcare environment preferred.
• Experience with financial reporting preferred.

Pay

Salary Range: $138,662.16 - $190,659.79 (Bi-Weekly). Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly. Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Schedule

Standard Hours Bi-Weekly: 75.00; Weekend/Holiday Requirement: No; On Call Required: No; With Rotation: Scheduled Work Hours: 9-5; Work Arrangement: Hybrid.
