Site Director Finance
Job Description
Responsible, with operational leadership, for performance, growth and overall financial performance of the site. Provides financial education and leadership to hospital managers and directors that will create ownership of financial goals. Contributes financial expertise in planning of new services and finding opportunities within current expense structures. Key decision maker for position requests, productivity/staffing changes, service level changes. Acts as key advisor to site leader in strategic planning, service line growth and financial viability.
Education And Credentials
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or Finance required.
- Requires either a Master of Business Admin (MBA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Experience
- 5 years of experience in Financial analysis required.
- Experience in Healthcare environment preferred.
- Experience with financial reporting preferred.
