About the role
The Site Director/Family Success Coach is responsible for managing a Head Start childcare center, ensuring a quality program offering full-range Head Start services, serving as a liaison with the public and community, and providing families with support services.

- Provide families with support services
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or related field with at least 18 credit hours in Early Childhood
- At least 2 years of work experience in early childhood field
- Daycare, preschool, or childcare work experience helpful
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience
- Prioritize working with low-income families and children

10 hour shift Tuesday through Friday
