Site Director, Alpha - $150,000/year USD
About the Role
Alpha is seeking a Site Director to join their team. The most valuable feedback you can give a student who scored 99% is that they haven't met the standard yet. Not because perfection is the goal. Because genuine belief in someone's ability to improve is one of the most respectful acts possible. Traditional schools shield students from failure. Alpha equips them for success.
Our approach is intentionally distinct. Students progress through academics independently via AI-powered platforms, which allows adults to concentrate on life-changing work: coaching character development, strengthening resilience, cultivating leadership, and establishing habits that produce exceptional results. We don't require adults to present content. We need leaders capable of drawing out the potential in others.
Responsibilities
- Develop and coach Guides to execute Alpha's coaching approach with consistency, enthusiasm, and rigorous standards.
- Facilitate compelling life skills workshops addressing communication, concentration, feedback, leadership, and resilience for students in grades K-8 using established playbooks.
- Analyze student and Guide performance metrics to recognize coaching needs, eliminate obstacles, and produce quantifiable improvements weekly.
- Conduct motivation sessions that enable every student to embrace ambitious goals and reliably accomplish them.
- Oversee your own student cohort while exemplifying the coaching quality and accountability you require from all Guides.
Requirements
- Available to work on campus in Dallas, TX; Austin, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; Keller (Fort Worth), TX; or The Woodlands (Houston), TX (relocation assistance available).
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related discipline.
- 5+ years leading adults in education, learning and development, youth leadership, coaching, or similar performance-focused environments.
- Documented success managing teams of five or more individuals, including recruitment, coaching, performance oversight, and challenging accountability discussions.
- Direct experience working with children ages 5-14 in educational, developmental, athletic, or youth leadership contexts.
- Proven record of building, launching, scaling, or substantially improving a program, team, school, business, or initiative.

- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
