Site Development/Construction Project Manager

Reports to: VP of Project Advancement

About the Role

The Manager of Project Advancement will stage, construct, and maintain physical projects across our platform. We establish outreach centers to alleviate extreme poverty and advance the gospel.

• Prefer 5 or more years’ experience in managing construction projects (sitework & buildings). A Building Science or Civil Engineering related degree is a plus.
• Be an active member (serving in good standing) with regular attendance at a local evangelical church.

Schedule

With sensitivity to family needs in mind, this position requires a general expectation of 50 in-office and in-the-field working hours per week. Additional time may be required for special events or under special circumstances.

Travel Requirements

A high base-load of international travel is expected, with extremely high travel requirements when multiple capital projects are underway (approximately 2-3 weeks per quarter). Domestic travel will vary.
