We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description of company and role. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to preserve all substantive info, no boilerplate, no EEO, no application instructions, no cookie/navigation/legal, no duplicated lines. We need to extract: - Company description: TerraPower is a nuclear technology company based in Bellevue, Washington... mission etc. This could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, etc. So we can put company overview under "About the role". Or maybe "About the role" includes description of the role and company. We'll include a paragraph summarizing TerraPower and the role. - Responsibilities: list bullet points from "Responsibilities:" section. - Requirements: maybe combine "Key Qualifications and Skills" and "Job Functions"? The instruction says separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements could be education/experience, Qualifications could be specific qualifications, Skills could be skills. But we can combine as needed but must not create empty sections. We have: Key Qualifications and Skills bullet list (actually a paragraph with many items). It includes: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution. Advanced degree or professional engineering registration (PE) preferred. - Minimum 10–15 years of progressive engineering experience, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership or supervisory role leading engineering teams. - Significant experience in nuclear facility design, construction support, or field engineering, preferably on large-scale nuclear new-build, demonstration, or advanced reactor projects. - Familiarity with sodium-cooled fast reactor technology, advanced nuclear systems, or DOE-funded demonstration projects is highly desirable. - Proven track record of interfacing with construction, procurement, quality, licensing, and regulatory entities to resolve complex onsite technical issues while maintaining schedule and safety priorities. - Strong understanding of nuclear design and licensing basis requirements, configuration management, and quality assurance programs in regulated nuclear environments (e.g., 10 CFR 50, 10 CFR 52, NRC guidance). - Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with experience mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams in high-stakes environments. - Ability to obtain and maintain site access and any required security clearances for work at a nuclear construction site. - Familiarization with codes used in nuclear construction. For instance, NQA-1, ASME Section III, VIII, B31.1, B31.3, ACI-349, 318, AISC N690, 360, IEEE 603. - This position is subject to qualification requirements in accordance with ANSI/ANS 3.1. Candidates must meet the minimum education and experience criteria applicable to the role, including relevant nuclear industry experience where required. Verification of data will be part of the hiring process. Then Job Functions: list of physical actions/working conditions. We could treat Job Functions as "Requirements" maybe? But they are more about physical demands. Could be under "Requirements". However we have also "Qualifications" and "Skills". Might split: - Qualifications: education, experience, licensing, etc. - Skills: leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, mentoring, etc. - Requirements: maybe the Job Functions (physical demands) and maybe also the codes familiarity? But codes could be under Qualifications. Better to follow typical pattern: Qualifications = education/experience; Skills = abilities; Requirements = maybe the Job Functions (physical). But we need to avoid filler. We have Pay: Salary Range: $142,995 - $190,661. Also note "Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected candidate's qualifications and experience." That's somewhat filler but still specific. We should include Pay section with the range. Schedule: Job Type: Full-time. Also maybe travel required 0-10%. Could be under Schedule. We'll include Schedule: Full-time, travel 0-10%. Benefits: list bullet points from Benefits section. We must not include boilerplate like "TerraPower is an Equal Opportunity Employer." etc. Also remove "Job Functions are physical actions..." but we can keep the list of motor abilities etc as part of Requirements or maybe a separate section? The instruction says use headings only for those specific ones. We could put the Job Functions under "Requirements" as a list. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:

About the role

TerraPower is a nuclear technology company based in Bellevue, Washington, working to raise living standards globally through affordable, secure, and environmentally friendly nuclear energy and medical isotopes. Founded in 2006 by Bill Gates and like‑minded visionaries, the company aims to be a world leader in new nuclear technologies while developing future leaders in the nuclear field. The Site Design Engineering Lead Mechanical Engineer will lead and oversee the onsite mechanical engineering design team for the Natrium Demonstration Project, TerraPower's advanced sodium‑cooled fast reactor plant under construction near Kemmerer, Wyoming. This role ensures engineering support aligns with construction, testing, startup, and turnover while maintaining compliance with design, licensing, nuclear safety standards, and project requirements. The position is based onsite at the Natrium Demonstration Project in Kemmerer, Wyoming, and reports to the Site Design Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Lead onsite Mechanical Engineering team (TerraPower employees and subcontracted resources).
  • Oversee execution of all mechanical design follow‑on and field engineering activities in direct support of construction, testing, system startup, commissioning, and turnover to operations, including technical review, approval, and issuance of drawing and design deliverables to ensure conformity with approved design basis, licensing commitments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the primary onsite engineering interface for mechanical issues with key stakeholders, including construction management, field engineering teams, licensing and regulatory affairs, quality assurance, the utility owner/operator, procurement, suppliers, and external regulators (e.g., NRC); resolve technical and engineering issues arising in the field efficiently and collaboratively.

  • Ensure all work processes, technical outputs, and deliverables within the group's scope adhere to contract requirements, TerraPower project standards, industry standards, and nuclear regulatory expectations for quality, configuration management, and design control.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution; advanced degree or professional engineering registration (PE) preferred.

Pay

Salary range: $142,995 – $190,661 (based on market data and commensurate with qualifications and experience).

Schedule

Full‑time position; travel required 0‑10%.

We should also maybe include Job Functions as part of Requirements? But we already have Qualifications and Skills; we could add a Requirements section for physical demands. However the instruction says only include sections when posting has real specific content. The Job Functions section is present; we could add a Requirements section for those. But we already used Requirements? Not yet. We have Qualifications and Skills. We could rename Qualifications to Requirements? But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to use those exact headings if we include them. We have used About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We missed Requirements. We could move some content to Requirements, like Job Functions (physical demands) and maybe also the verification statement? But we need to keep all substantive info. Let's create a Requirements section containing the Job Functions list (motor abilities, physical exertion, repetitive work, special senses, work conditions, travel). Also maybe include the statement about export control? That's not a requirement per se but could be included. However export control is a condition; but we might keep it under Requirements as well. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to preserve the Job Functions details exactly as given. Let's extract Job Functions: Motor Abilities: Sitting for extended periods, bending/stooping, grasping/gripping, fine motor control (hands) Physical exertion and/or requirements: Minimal, with ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds. Repetitive work: Prolonged Special Senses: Visual and audio focused work Work Conditions: Stairs,
