We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real specific content. We need to parse the job description. First, "About Archaea bp ..." is intro; but we should not repeat job title. The "About The Role" heading is present; we can use that as section heading

About the role

and put prose. Then responsibilities: The bullet list after "Key Accountabilities" includes many items. Those are responsibilities. So we can create

Responsibilities

with
  • each. Requirements/Education/Experience: There's "Essential Education", "Essential Experience", "Desirable criteria". Those can be combined into Requirements or Qualifications. The instruction: Use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which to use. Probably we can have Requirements (education + experience) and Qualifications (desirable criteria). Or we could combine. But we need to avoid thin sections. Let's see content. Essential Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Associates Degree in Mechanical Design. Essential Experience: 3+ years of experience, Experience with Autodesk (or AutoCAD), Experience with SolidWorks, Experience with MS Office Suite, Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance, ANSI Y14.5, Thoroughness / attention to detail, ability to be self-motivated, valid driver’s license, must pass background check and drug test. Desirable criteria: Experience with Bluebeam, SolidWorks Routing, designing natural gas processing and treating equipment, creating technical manuals, Experience working with Process Industry Practices (PIP), Experience with ASME, API, AISC, OSHA & ASTM standards. We could put Education+Experience under Requirements, and Desirable under Qualifications. Skills: There's a long list after "Skills Agility core practices, ..." That's a list of skills. So we can have Skills section. Benefits: The posting mentions paid vacation, holidays, personal choice, parental leave, discretionary annual bonus, 401K, Quarterly Momentum Bonus, Health Vision Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability. Also mentions "Join Our Industry-leading Team And You’ll Receive a Reward And Wellbeing Package". So we have benefits. Pay: "$94,500 - $135,000." Also mention vacation hours etc. Pay section should include salary range. Also maybe mention vacation? But vacation is benefit. We'll keep Pay as salary range. Schedule: There's "Travel Requirement Up to 10% travel should be expected with this role". Also "Remote Type This position is a hybrid of office/remote working". Also relocation assistance not eligible. So schedule could include travel expectation and hybrid remote. That's schedule info. We must not include boilerplate like legal disclaimer, EEO, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:

Skills: We have a long list: "Agility core practices, Agility core practices, Analytical Thinking, Asset Life Cycle Management, Automation system digital security, Commercial Acumen, Communication, Competency Management, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Fluency, Earthing and grounding systems, Electrical operational safety, Factory acceptance testing, Financial Management, Fire and gas philosophy, Functional Safety, Hazard Identification, Hazard identification and protection layer definition, Instrument and protective systems, Management of Change, Network Technologies, Project Commissioning, Project Management, Safe and reliable operations, Safety critical equipment {+ 2 more}". There's duplication of "Agility core practices". We should keep as listed but maybe deduplicate? The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplicated lines: we should remove duplicated lines? It says "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So duplicated lines should be removed. So we need to deduplicate "Agility core practices". Keep one. Thus skills list: Agility core practices, Analytical Thinking, Asset Life Cycle Management, Automation system digital security, Commercial Acumen, Communication, Competency Management, Creativity and Innovation, Digital Fluency, Earthing and grounding systems, Electrical operational safety, Factory acceptance testing, Financial Management, Fire and gas philosophy, Functional Safety, Hazard Identification, Hazard identification and protection layer definition, Instrument and protective systems, Management of Change, Network Technologies, Project Commissioning, Project Management, Safe and reliable operations, Safety critical equipment, plus maybe the "+ 2 more" indicates there are two more unspecified skills; we should keep that note? It's part of the list: "{+ 2 more}". That's not a specific skill; maybe we should keep as is? It's not duplicated. We'll keep as a literal string? Might be considered boilerplate? It's part of the skills list; we should keep it as is. Thus skills section:

    Skills

    • Agility core practices
    • Analytical Thinking
    • Asset Life Cycle Management
    • Automation system digital security
    • Commercial Acumen
    • Communication

Schedule: We have travel up to 10%, hybrid remote. Also relocation not eligible. So schedule section:

    Schedule

    • Hybrid office/remote working arrangement.
    • Up to 10% travel expected.
    • Relocation assistance not provided for this role.
We should not include any other sections like "About Archaea bp" etc. That's introductory but not a heading; we could include as a paragraph under About the role? The "About The Role" heading is present; we should put the description under that. The introductory paragraph about Archaea bp is not under a heading; but we could incorporate it into About the role section as context. However the instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So we should have About the role heading and put the role description there. The introductory paragraph about Archaea bp is more about the company; could be included under About the role as part of the role description? Probably yes, as it's relevant to the role. We'll include it. Thus About the role paragraph: combine the intro about Archaea bp and the About The Role paragraph. Let's craft:

Archaea Energy, a bp company, is a leader in landfill gas to energy and the largest renewable natural gas (RNG) producer in the US. With big ambitions, we specialize in the development, construction and operation of RNG, landfill‑gas‑to‑electric and dairy digester facilities. The team operates around 50 sites in 32 states with a robust development pipeline. The Design Engineer is responsible for 3D design and creation of technical drawings for landfill gas to energy facilities (LFGTE) and Renewable Natural Gas (R
