Site Deployment Lead

For our client, we are seeking a Site Deployment Lead to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will lead complex site deployment efforts for high-security infrastructure environments, with a focus on planning, readiness, and execution across multiple technical workstreams. The position partners closely with technical teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure deployments are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule. It is well suited for someone who can bring structure to fast-moving implementation efforts while coordinating risks, issues, and go/no-go decisions in mission-critical settings. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $107,900 – $195,050 annually Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of integrated infrastructure deployments at NATO sites Create and manage deployment plans, schedules, and readiness criteria Serve as a primary liaison between technical teams, leadership, and NATO stakeholders Oversee site readiness and technical prerequisites before deployment Conduct deployment readiness reviews and provide actionable go/no-go recommendations Execute technical leadership during the physical and automated implementation of infrastructure Track and coordinate deployment activities, issues, and risks through project management tools Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field with significant experience Active NATO Secret clearance is mandatory Proven track record in deployment and integration of enterprise infrastructure Hands-on experience across technology domains such as networking, security, and data storage Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in high-pressure environments Knowledge of infrastructure automation and IaC technologies is advantageous Familiarity with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies and tools like Jira Benefits Work alongside critical international defense initiatives Gain experience in high-security environments with NATO Exposure to advanced technology and innovative infrastructure solutions Collaborative work culture with a focus on technical excellence Opportunity for career growth in a mission-driven organization Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
