About the role
The Program Site Coordinator supervises and manages the program at the elementary school level (K-5). The Site Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the program, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for children. This role includes staff supervision, program implementation, and maintaining strong communication with families.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily program operations, ensuring activities are ongoing, developmentally appropriate and aligned with program goals
- Work collaboratively with other site coordinators developing curriculum
- Ensure the safety, well-being, and supervision of all children in the program
- Supervise, support, and evaluate staff performance
- Cookordinate and conduct staff training and professional development
- Maintain open and effective communication with families regarding program activities and child progress
- Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and regulations
- Maintain program budget for site
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (i.e. education, child development, human services, or similar)
- Minimum five years experience working with school-aged children
- Meet qualifications of EEC/DESE Site Coordinator
- Familiar with EEC regulations
- Training and demonstrated knowledge of the developmental needs of school-age children
Pay
Starting at $60,000 DOQ
Schedule
35 hours per week, based on the needs of the program
