About The Role We're looking for an organized and people-focused Site Coordinator to manage daily after-school operations at assigned school sites. Site Coordinator This role focuses on overseeing on-site programming, supervising staff, supporting students, and serving as the main point of contact for school partners. In this role, you will: Program Design & Mission Alignment: Research and implement best practices in youth development to design educational, safe, and engaging curricula that reflect HOKALI's core values of healthy living, environmental respect, and personal growthOperational & Logistics Excellence: Oversee all site logistics—including scheduling, facility booking, and transportation—while managing budgets, equipment inventory, and detailed record-keeping (attendance, progress, and incident reports)Safety & Compliance Oversight: Ensure 100% compliance with safety regulations and internal policies, conducting site supervision until the final student is safely dismissed and maintaining high standards for risk managementTeam Leadership & Stakeholder Relations: Recruit, train, and supervise a large team of instructors; provide ongoing mentorship to foster a collaborative culture while serving as the primary point of contact for resolving complex inquiries and reporting performance to the Area Manager Schedule: Morning shift: 6:30 to 8:15 AM Afternoon shift: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 3:10 to 6:10 PM Wednesday: 1:45 to 6:10 PM Compensation: $ 35 p/hr Requirements 18+ years of ageExperience working in schools or youth programsStrong organizational and leadership skillsAbility and willingness to complete required online training Benefits Access to the HOKALI Academy - a community space designed to help all Educators learn, connect, and collaborateClear growth path within operations leadershipSupportive and mission-driven team environment
