About the role

The Boldt Company is seeking a Site Construction Manager to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale mission-critical data center projects. This role requires deep experience in hyperscale or mission-critical construction and a passion for shaping Boldt's growth in the data center market.

Responsibilities

  • Full ownership of jobsite performance from planning and sequencing to safety, quality, and final commissioning
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
  • Collaborate with project teams, craft labor, and trade partners to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with building systems, including structural, concrete, framing, HVAC, plumbing, chilled water, electrical, and high/medium voltage systems
  • Manage construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments
  • Develop future field leaders and provide mentorship to junior staff

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in large-scale, union construction environments, preferably in data centers
  • Proven ability to lead complex, mission-critical projects and teams
  • Deep knowledge of building systems and expertise in construction sequencing, logistics, and planning in high-redundancy environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience managing high-performing teams
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving project environment
  • Understanding of craft jurisdiction and union environments
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Qualifications

  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Experience leading commissioning and startup activities
  • Track record of developing future field leaders

Benefits
