About the role
Joining our dynamic team, you will be responsible for contributing to the successful execution of projects within our diverse portfolio. Your role will involve working closely with project managers and clients to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to resolve issues and improve project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with project standards and regulations
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain project visibility and alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in construction management or project management
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project
- Experience with contract negotiations and documentation
