Site/Civil (Land Development Engineering) Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Corporate leadership in technology innovation and growth
• Overseeing fleet and facilities
• Providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams
• Managing successful sales cycles from start to finish
• Ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations
• Leading major contracts, including the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) Engineering Support Services Contract
• Developing technical requirements and bid documents
• Successfully delivering Design-Build projects
• Collaborating with state DOTs across Maryland, Virginia, and South Carolina

Requirements

• Master of Science in Information Technology or related field
• Experience in cloud computing, process automation, and digital transformation
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Passion for technology and innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in large, heavy civil transportation projects
• Knowledge of site/civil, structural, geotechnical, and roadway design
• Passionate about sustainability and environmental stewardship
• Ability to work in diverse and multicultural environments

Skills

• Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE)
• PMP certification
• Leadership and project management skills
• Technical knowledge in cloud computing, process automation, and digital transformation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
