• With Medical Benefits: $19.08 per hour (includes medical, PTO, paid holidays, 401K, and more — $17.75 base + $1.33 for every 40 hours worked).
• Without Medical Benefits: $22.68 per hour (includes PTO, paid holidays, 401K, and more — $17.75 base + $4.93 for every 40 hours worked).

We are seeking a Site Checker, Community Corrections who has a passion for providing the highest quality care in a residential setting. This role ensures resident accountability through the timely completion of on-site checks for designated populations.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial on-site checks, schedule appointments with employers to complete employment verifications, and conduct random breathalyzer tests in the field.
• Complete resident/inmate discipline reports for any facility or program violation detected.
• Ensure the timely completion of on-site checks with efficient use of company resources and time management.
• Utilize a company vehicle while abiding by all safety and traffic laws, as well as company rules and regulations. Report any traffic violations and complete accident investigation reports when involved in traffic incidents.
• Provide supervision of the resident population, including safety, security, and facility sanitation as assigned.
• Log the checkout of equipment, keys, or other designated items in accordance with policy and procedure.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED certification, or equivalent is required.
• Ability to complete pre-service and other training programs as required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to apply problem-solving techniques to complex issues.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Minimum age requirement: Must be at least 20 years of age.
