Site Advisor
The Site Advisor acts as the sole point of contact for Embry-Riddle at Camp Pendleton, CA and is responsible for the academic and operational tasks of the Worldwide site. This position supports and promotes excellence in student services and community interaction at every opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized advising and support for all assigned students.
- Assist students with course registration and degree planning.
- Counsel students regarding available options for financial aid, scholarships, tuition assistance, Veterans Affairs benefits, etc.
- Proactively contact students upon admission, during enrollment, and at other critical times during their academic career.
- Enter and maintain accurate student records on university platforms to include Campus Solutions, Imaging, and Salesforce.
- Build and maintain relationships with local stakeholders to include the educational services office and productively interact with applicable Education Services Officer.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership and the Scheduling Department to coordinate onsite course offerings and proactively work toward course enrollment.
- Identify, attend, and facilitate local events to establish community contacts, promote ERAU programs, and connect with prospective students.
- Work with Senior Leadership to liaise with appropriate governmental authorities, industry and community leaders, and internal departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop, monitor, and manage the site’s fiscal year budget effectively.
- Oversee inventory and safeguard university assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least three years of professional level experience, preferably working with students.
- Demonstrated work experience juggling multiple priorities in a professional manner.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to convey professionalism in all interactions.
- Analytical skills with an in-depth knowledge of information systems and technical expertise with Microsoft operating systems, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook/email, and preferably SalesForce experience.
- Ability to learn new things and keep up with the pace of changing technology.
- Ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of individuals in a friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic manner.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to investigate, problem solve and make informed decisions.
- Working knowledge of office procedures and equipment.

Pay
The hourly range for this role is up to $21.10 + $9.14 location stipend. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs.
Please note: This position is in-person located at the ERAU Camp Pendleton, CA site. This position is not remote or hybrid.
