About the role
We’re creating a brand-new Site Administrator position for an RN-credentialed leader who knows how to run a dynamic care environment. You’ll own the day-to-day operational leadership of our site - from staffing and compliance to culture and family experience - while our Site Director of Nursing leads clinical quality, patient care, and nursing oversight.
Responsibilities
- Operate at the intersection of healthcare and people leadership with a determination to shape how our site runs, backed by a clinical director who has the nursing-specific oversight covered.
- Step into a high-impact role where your clinical background gives you instant credibility, and your leadership skills drive everything forward.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee budgets, scheduling, compliance, and workflow.
- Shape the culture and family experience at the site.
- Communicate effectively with families, staff, and external partners.
- Use good computer skills and be comfortable with learning electronic charting systems.
- Ensure that all employees have current CPR (Basic Life Support).
- Achieve a current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) for all employees.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- 5+ years of administrative or healthcare management experience
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and inspire a multidisciplinary team
- Strong operational instincts - budgets, scheduling, compliance, and workflow
- Genuine passion for pediatric care and serving medically complex children
- Exceptional communicator with families, staff, and external partners
- Good computer skills and comfort with learning electronic charting systems.
- A current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) is required
