Site Administrator

About the role

The Site Administrator position involves leading, directing, and managing the operations of one of our behavioral health outpatient clinics. This role requires collaboration with the clinical director to ensure all aspects of clinic operations run smoothly, including electronic medical records, appointment and transportation scheduling, building and facility needs, staffing and scheduling, reports, budgeting, special projects and requests, grievances and appeals, on-call services, and more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of clinic functions such as EMR, scheduling, and facilities management
• Support clinical employees in providing efficient, quality care and timely services to patients
• Manage and maintain a positive work environment for clinical staff and other employees
• Oversee special projects and respond to employee and patient concerns
• Manage budgets and resources to support clinic operations
• Provide guidance and support to clinical staff to meet organizational goals

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a field related to behavioral health or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
• Minimum two years supervisory experience required
• Minimum four years experience in behavioral health preferred
• Maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications
• Maintain a valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance
• At least 21 years of age

• Proficiency in using multiple types of office equipment and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to utilize the internet and various web browsers
