- Manage job postings and update listings in real-time.
- Communicate with candidates through various channels including email, phone, and chat.
- Maintain and enhance the NEOGOV platform to ensure optimal functionality.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to job applications and candidate interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of web development and database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Qualifications
- Experience with job board software and platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
