About the role

Join CJ Logistics at our new location in Matteson, IL as a Forklift Operator. You’ll be the backbone of our warehouse operations, safely maneuvering forklifts to ensure products are loaded, unloaded, picked, and stored with precision. Every day, you’ll make a tangible impact on the supply chain, helping us deliver excellence across the globe.

Pay

$20.28 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential

Schedule

Friday – Sunday, 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklift to keep orders moving and customers happy
• Master the art of loading, unloading, picking, putting away, and consolidating pallets
• Assist with manual case picking when directed
• Prepare and ship products with accuracy and care
• Conduct outbound load audits, correct labels, and resolve count discrepancies
• Replenish products in the correct bays to keep the warehouse moving
• Tackle other duties within your training and expertise

Requirements

• 6+ months of recent forklift or warehouse experience
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs safely and consistently
• Bonus points for Battery and Propane Safety Training/Certification
• A true team player who works toward common goals
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and accountable to the team
