Key Responsibilities
- Support a safe working environment by embedding safety requirements into maintenance standards
- Develop and standardize preventive maintenance (PM) strategies, SMPs, and planning processes across paint operations
- Govern CMMS systems, ensuring accurate asset structure, work order standards, and data integrity
- Optimize PM and predictive maintenance using reliability data (MTBF, MTTR) and support transition to condition-based maintenance (CBM)
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and lead root cause analysis (RCA) and continuous improvement using PDCA
- Partner with plant teams, engineering, and suppliers to drive alignment, governance, and best practice sharing
- Support SIS audits, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and lead gap identification with defined action plans
- Works with the academy to develop maintenance training modules
- Provide technical guidance, support training, and ensure consistent implementation of maintenance standards
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field and 5 years of paint shop experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience in maintenance or manufacturing operations
- Experience with maintenance procedures for paint (Phosphate, Ecoat, Powder, Sealer, Robotics, PLC, Controls)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing
- Knowledge of predictive maintenance practices
- Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 10 years of relevant experience
- CMMS knowledge
- Lean/SIS experience
- Data/analytics tools experience (Power BI, etc.)
