SIOP Analyst - Level 4
Basic Qualifications
Professional experience in inventory management and/or supply chain roles, including updating demand and supply plans, supply chain metrics and analytics, and providing insights into business operations and conducting risk analysis for long-range plans.
Experience supporting Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) and working knowledge of MMAS 10 key elements.
Experience forecasting demand plans, identifying and resolving demand irregularities, and updating sustainment forecast assumptions.
Healthy network and trust-based collaboration across multiple areas (e.g., BAs and key functions such as BD, Supply Chain, Sustainment, ProdOps, E&T, advanced and special programs) that can be leveraged to implement/enhance accuracy and timeliness of forecasts, and adherence to SIOP rhythms.

Summary of key duties
In this role, you will…
- Assist in the demand aggregation of probable requirements to measure expected future demand by working with various teams to gather and analyze data and use this information to make informed decisions about future demand.
- Ensure that sustainment forecast data is accurately reported across the Business Area (BA) by working with teams to gather and analyze data and ensure that forecast assumptions are regularly updated to reflect current conditions.
- Agregate demand signals for both Firm/Forecast demand to drive demand plan completeness.
- Collaborate with Program Managers, Business Development, and Sustainment demand owners to capture accurate and timely forecast updates are incorporated into the SIOP process.
- Manage risks/gaps/actions associated with Demand Forecast/model over the lifecycle of a product.
- Ensure SIOP governance and guardrails are followed through demand entry monitoring.
- Collaborate with Production Master Scheduling to help plan changes prior to major factory replanning efforts.
- Focus on SIOP early engagement to ensure that opportunities and proposals are analyzed for supportability prior to demand creation.
- Capture and aggregate risk and opportunities to execution.
- Manage gap action and risk tracking/escalation/closure.
- Support Demand Loads to ensure all requirements are loaded with full Lead Time and in alignment with SIOP simulation output.
- Collaborate with Program Managers and Sustainment demand stream owners to drive improvements in forecasting processes in support of firm demand planning.
- Coordinate cross-functionally and manage stakeholder expectations to successfully execute SIOP process.
Desired Skills
- Bachelors degree in a Supply Chain Management type program or AI/Data Analysis related program
- 7-10 years of Supply Chain, Business Administration, Manufacturing Operations and/or similar field
- Strong systems thinking: Perceives relationships among issues or problems
- Strong business acumen: Robust understanding of Aerospace and Defense manufacturing processes, business models, strategy and financials
- Demonstrated emotional intelligence and related skills, to include: interpersonal and communication skills, collaboration/conflict management skills, networking, influencing without authority, trust building, and change management skills
- Strong resilience, maturity and stress management
