About the Role

Maintains all flight training equipment in an operationally-ready condition, requiring computer programming, electronic hardware repair, and modifications of FedEx training equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensures equipment availability for training and assists in data gathering and assessment for FAA re-evaluations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electronic Technology or Computer Science.
• Two (2) years of commercial airline or military simulator experience, including operation, maintenance, and computer programming of state-of-the-art flight simulator equipment.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
• Non-covered safety-sensitive position.

Preferred Qualifications

Position is based in Memphis, TN. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.

Pay

Position Pay Range: $4,107.80 to $6,572.78 (Internal Pay Grade FEC_22B).
