Responsibilities
- Assists the Simulation Center with activities surrounding pre and post simulation events
- Runs all simulation-related equipment
- Performs routine maintenance on all Simulation Center equipment
- Assists with data collection and documentation
- Troubleshoots technical issues
- Assists with inventory management
- Supports activities as assigned to maintain quality and effective simulations

Qualifications
- Requires an Associate’s degree or higher with 1+ years of experience or a high school diploma with 3+ years of experience
- CHSOS certification may substitute for an Associate’s degree
- One year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred
- Must be able to lift/carry a minimum of 50 pounds and push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds
Additional Experience and/or Qualifications:
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexibility in work hours, including off-hours and weekends to support Simulation Center programs/courses
- Demonstrates good judgment and critical thinking skills when handling procedural and technical tasks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- CHSOS certification preferred within 2 years of employment

$27.99 - $41.98 / hour
Schedule
- Full Time
- Hours/Pay Period: 80
- Schedule Details: Typical shifts are Monday - Friday, between 6:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Will occasionally have evening or weekend hours.
- Weekend Schedule: Occasionally weekend shifts to support scheduled courses (may be up to 6 weekends per year).
