Simulation Operations Manager - APRN and Health Sciences

What You Will Do

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the simulations and on-campus events (space, schedules, readiness).
• Works directly with the Program Leads of the APRN and Health Sciences Programs to support the on-campus events and simulation learning environment for learners, faculty, and staff in the Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Geriatric Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Programs, the Health Sciences programs, learners, faculty and staff participating in simulation and laboratory skill curriculum.
• Manages simulation assets: manikins, task trainers, standardized patient program resources, AV/recording, and supplies.
• Serves as primary liaison for all equipment in the simulation center to ensure operational readiness, troubleshooting and repair and maintenance; provides technical operational support for all simulations systems and equipment related to immersive simulation.
• Responsible for supervision, support, goal setting, training, and coaching of assigned staff.
• Collaborates with the OCE faculty coordinators and simulation coordinator in the recruitment, development, and training of the simulation standardized patient program.
