Simulation Nurse Educator

About the role

The Simulation Nurse Educator supports healthcare simulation and experiential learning for VUSN students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and facilitate simulations, nursing skills, and OSCEs.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure successful learning experiences.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in nursing.
• Unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Standards of Simulation Best Practice.
• Certification as a Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) preferred.
• At least two years' employment as a Registered Nurse or equivalent nursing experience.
• One year of experience with healthcare simulation.
