About the role
The Simulation Nurse Educator supports healthcare simulation and experiential learning for VUSN students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and facilitate simulations, nursing skills, and OSCEs.
- Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure successful learning experiences.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in nursing.
- Unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure in Tennessee.
- Knowledge of Healthcare Standards of Simulation Best Practice.
- Certification as a Healthcare Simulation Educator (CHSE) preferred.
- At least two years' employment as a Registered Nurse or equivalent nursing experience.
- One year of experience with healthcare simulation.
