Simulation Designer

About the role

We are Attensi, a global company specializing in gamified simulation training. Founded in Norway in 2012, we have grown to become a leader in the industry, serving clients in over 150 countries and 50 languages. Our team, now over 250 strong, is expanding in Boston with over 30 members.

Responsibilities

• Create and write compelling natural dialogue for characters within various business and organizational settings
• Work in our custom-built platform to create gamified training experiences (no coding required)
• Collaborate with project managers, visual designers, and sales teams to understand customer training needs and learning objectives
• Conduct workshops and interviews with customers to gain insights into their needs and determine the best approach for their learning experience
• Participate in commercial teams during prospective customer meetings to demonstrate existing solutions and create custom proof-of-concepts
• Engage actively with Attensi's development team

Requirements

You will have:

• A strong sense of and interest in pedagogical best practices
• Solid experience developing compelling narratives and dialogues
• An affinity for AI-driven technologies, including simulations and prompt-based tools
• The ability to work effectively in a project team where timelines and customer management are integral to the creation of the final product
• The ability to interpret client requirements and adapt styles to match the tone, business requirements, and learning goals of each project
• Comfort working with diverse stakeholder groups across functions and seniority levels
• An interest in collaborating with commercial teams to bring our solutions to life for prospective customers in new customer dialogues
• Excellent English, both written and verbal
• Experience with or interest in game design is a plus
