Job Description
Captures and schedules simulation training sessions and activities.
- Manages communication channels for simulation activities, including emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
- Prepares and distributes training materials and documentation for simulation sessions.
- Maintains and updates the simulation training calendar to optimize scheduling.
- Organizes and sets up equipment for simulation activities, ensuring proper functionality.
- Handles administrative tasks such as booking meeting rooms, arranging travel, and coordinating logistics for simulation events.
- Prepares routine and non-routine reports related to simulation activities and training outcomes.
- Establishes and maintains confidential files and records for simulation training sessions.
- Composes and types correspondence related to simulation activities and trainings.
- Collaborates with other administrative staff and departments to ensure smooth operation of simulation activities.
- Affords assistance with budget planning and tracking for simulation training programs.
- Provides statistical reporting and analysis as required by the department.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Proficient with computer programs with word processing: PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills by effectively communicating with all levels of management and outside vendors.
- Strong emphasis on organizational skills and strong attention to detail and ability and willingness to multi task.
- Ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature.
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
- Good math skills with an ability to understand and work with spreadsheets.
- Displays professional interactions with all levels of internal and external customers as demonstrated by work history and interview process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as demonstrated by application resume, work history and interview process.

Education
- Associate [Required]
- Field Of Study or some combination of formal education and relevant work experience
Work Experience
- 2+ years of prior clerical support for an executive or marketing executive [Preferred]
- Prior administrative support for an executive/C-Suite level [Preferred]
- Prior experience working in assigned department or a medical/hospital related environment. [Preferred]
