About the role

Prolific is seeking Advanced Simplified Chinese/Mandarin Speakers to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models as a Domain Expert participant. Successful candidates will be invited to join Prolific's participant pool to perform data collection tasks that improve AI alignment and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete AI training tasks involving analyzing, editing, and writing in Simplified Chinese/Mandarin.
• Judge the performance of AI models on Simplified Chinese/Mandarin prompts.
• Contribute to improving cutting-edge AI models.

Requirements

• Advanced language skills and verifiable fluency in Simplified Chinese/Mandarin.
• Willingness to take a skills verification test to assess suitability.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to concentrate on complex tasks.
• Capacity to complete tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Access to a PayPal account (participants are self-employed and responsible for declaring earnings).

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: Approximately $30/hour per AI task completed.
• Participants can enjoy competitive pay rates, flexible hours, and the ability to work from home. Tasks vary in length, but must allow for one-hour uninterrupted blocks.
