Signature Service Representative

About the role

The Signature Service Representative (SSR) plays a crucial role in our operations team, dedicated to providing homeowners with a world-class experience throughout their remodeling projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service support from point of sale through project completion
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to schedule appointments, provide information, and facilitate resolutions
• Maintain accurate records of documents and communication regarding remodeling projects
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing documents
• Cook up with the sales department and field operations to maintain consistent communication with customers

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• At least 1-2 years of Computer/Administrative Experience
• At least 1-2 years of Customer Service Experience
• Construction/Home Improvement Administrative Experience is Preferred
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume and multiple deadlines
• Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check

Pay

• Hourly Rate: $18-$20/hr
