Signature Programs Information Session: RAMP & Job Shadowing

Overview

Learn about the Career Center’s two Signature Programs: Ram Alumni Mentoring Program (RAMP) and the Job Shadowing Experience. We will share overviews of both programs, timelines for applying, and what to expect as a participant.

RAMP

• Students are matched with an alumni mentor who supports their personal, academic, and professional success in one-to-one mentoring partnership from November to May.

Job Shadowing Experience

• Students shadow Suffolk alums and employer partners in-person at Boston-area companies, or virtually during a workday.
• Participants gain insights into career options they may be considering and build their network.

Programs Offered

• The program runs twice during the academic year (once in fall, once in spring).
• Students can apply for one or two semesters.
