Signage Installer

About the Role

Are you a problem-solver who can think on your feet? Do you like working with your hands and putting things together? If so, then a career at FASTSIGNS® may be for you. As an Installer, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it—in the ground, on a wall, on a vehicle, or hanging from a ceiling. Most of your days will be spent moving, lifting, and building for a wide variety of sign installations. The Installer will also spend time “in-center,” so standard signmaking knowledge and capabilities are required (e.g., vinyl application on various substrates, weeding, and taping).

Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and interior installations, including dimensional letters, wall wraps, site signs, storefront graphics, and vehicle graphics.
• Use power tools and follow OSHA protocols for bucket truck installations.
• Work both on-site and in-center, handling various signmaking tasks.

Requirements

• MUST have 1+ years of experience in clean work of exterior and interior installations.
• General knowledge and experience using power tools.
• A clean driving record and background check is required.
• Proficiency in OSHA protocols for bucket truck installations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Standard signmaking knowledge and capabilities (e.g., vinyl application, weeding, taping).
• Ability to work in a team environment and mesh with a close-knit group.

Pay

Hourly pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Benefits

• Flexible schedule.
• Competitive pay and ongoing training opportunities within a large network of independently owned locations.

At FASTSIGNS, every day is unique and presents exciting opportunities to use your talent and grow your skills. This franchise is independently owned and operated, and all hiring decisions are made by the franchisee’s management.
