Sign Language Interpreter (.5) (4300)
Minimum Qualifications
- Must possess a current certification by the National Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf, Level III or above by the National Association of the Deaf (NAD), and/or 4.0 on the Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment (EIPA) OR Eligible to qualify for a 5-year Provisional Licensure through the New Mexico Sign Language Interpreting Practice Board.
- (Provisional licensed interpreters should have already completed or have proof of plans to complete the EIPA Pre-Hire screening)
- Valid New Mexico Public Education Department (PED) License
