About the role
Cincinnati Custom Signs is seeking experienced Sign Installers. They provide comprehensive services including consulting, design, production, and installation, ensuring a superior experience in the sign industry.
Responsibilities
- Loading and transporting signs, tools, and materials to the location safely
- Ensuring the effective installation of custom signage
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
- Performing maintenance and repairs to signs, as needed
Requirements
- Sign Installation experience and know-how – willing to be trained on new types of signs
- Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (CDL is a plus)
- Someone who has pride in their work
- Pass drug & alcohol screening and federal background checks
- Pass a competency test for installers
- Physically fit and able to perform strenuous labor including lifting, climbing, and working at heights
Qualifications
- Lead Sign Installer: 5 years of experience required
- Sign Installer Technician: 2 years of experience preferred, 1 year required
- Driver's License without SR22 Insurance required
Skills
- Physical strength to lift 50+ lbs
- Skills in carpentry, electrical, power tool usage, and material handling

Pay
- Lead Sign Installers: $25 - $33 per hour (5+ years experience required)
- Sign Installer Technicians: $18 - $22 per hour (2 years experience preferred, 1 year required)
Schedule
8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
