Sign Installer--Contract Work-On Call
About the role
Fast Signs-Clear Lake needs experienced sign installers to work contract/on-call. As an Installer, you’ll play an important role in getting the finished sign or graphic in place so everyone can see it—in the ground, on a wall, or hanging from a ceiling. You’ll use a variety of tools to assemble, erect and hang items, both inside and out. Fear of heights is not in your vocabulary! Much of your time will be spent moving, lifting and building for a wide variety of sign installations.
Responsibilities
- Perform offsite sign and print media installations
- Assess an environment for the needs and techniques of the installation
- Review job requirements and verify measurements before starting
- Work independently and with other team members when required
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Ability to climb and work on a ladder
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Clean driving record
- 18 years of age or older
- Proficient use of hand and power tools
- Scissor lift and bucket truck experience preferred but not required
- 2 or more years of experience installing a variety of signs and graphics

Pay
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
