Sign Design and Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Craft various types of signs including vinyl, digital, and exterior products using advanced tools.
• Perform in-house production, primarily involving vinyl and associated substrates.
• Operate production equipment such as printers, laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers efficiently.
• Represent the brand professionally both in-store and during on-site installations, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Maintain equipment in top condition and keep a neat workspace.
• Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure seamless production processes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year of professional experience working in a sign shop handling design & production (particularly working with vinyl).
• Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new design and POS software.
• Strong mathematical and spelling skills.
• Proficiently use measurement tools.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders.

Compensation

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
