Sign Design and Production Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Craft various types of signs including vinyl, digital, and exterior products using advanced tools.
• Production: In House Production, mostly vinyl and associated Substrate.
• Technical Proficiency: Efficiently operate production equipment such as Printers, laminators, plotters, panel saws, and trimmers.
• Customer Interaction: Represent our brand professionally both in-store and during on-site installations, ensuring a great customer experience.
• Maintenance and Organization: Keep equipment in top condition and maintain a neat workspace.
• Community Engagement: Travel locally to assess sites, provide estimates, and perform installations.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure seamless production processes.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year professional experience working in a sign shop handling design & production (Particularly working with Vinyl).
• Comfortable with computers and eager to learn new design and POS software.
• Strong mathematical and spelling skills.
• Proficiently use measurement tools.
• Physically fit to handle manual tasks including lifting over 80 lbs and climbing ladders.

Compensation

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
