Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years experience within the sign industry
- Experience creating and and/or responding to bids
- Understanding of sourcing and procurement processes
- Minimum of 1 years in a project management role
- Excellent communication skills in fluent English, including the ability to present and speak in public
- Ability to exercise integrity at the moment of choice
- Ability to think and reason strategically
Desired Qualifications
- 3 years experience within the sign industry
- Comprehensive computer skills including software (Windows, Office, database experience), hardware, programs, and applications
- Proven experience in a supervisory capacity
- Minimum of 1 years in a project management role
Compensation
This is a salaried position. Salary will be based on experience.
Benefits/Perks
- This is not a remote job. This is a business development role for large and complex commercial signage projects.
- Maintain and develop new relationships with large construction companies, multi housing developers, schools, government agencies, etc.
- Create and respond to bids and opportunities.
- Update company marketing materials to tailor responses.
- Price out large projects including signage, permitting, installation and ongoing service.
- Medical coverage will be provided as per company policy.
- Paid vacation will be provided. One (1) week of vacation will be provided per annum and will increase based on years of service.
- The company offers six (6) paid holidays.
