About the role

Package and inspect finished products while ensuring the quality standards trusted by the U.S. Military, law enforcement, and customers worldwide. No prior experience is required. Responsibilities

  • Package and prepare products for shipment
  • Verify serial numbers and complete required paperwork
  • Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
  • Use barcode scanners and update inventory systems
  • Move packaged products to designated areas
  • Communicate issues and work closely with team members and supervisors
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support other departments as needed
  • Work overtime when business needs require it

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • No previous experience required
  • Ability to read and understand work instructions in English
  • Basic working computer and math skills
  • Attention to detail

Work Environment

  • Standing for most of the shift
  • Frequent lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • Repetitive packaging and inspection work
  • Bending, reaching, and moving throughout the workday
  • PPE required in designated areas
  • Must follow all safety and security procedures

Pay

Competitive pay with a 20% shift differential for 2nd shift.
