SIAM Service Integration Lead

About the role

This role will guide integrated service operations across multiple IT teams and vendors, ensuring accountability, coordination, and strong service performance. You will help maintain governance discipline across incident, problem, request, change, and knowledge management processes while supporting a complex federal services environment. The position also plays a key role in driving operational transparency, escalation management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated service coordination across multiple IT teams and service providers
• Maintain key service management documentation, plans, and governance materials
• Coordinate incident, request, problem, knowledge, change, and improvement processes using ServiceNow
• Ensure clear ownership and timely closure of cross-functional service cases
• Track dependencies, service risks, escalations, and corrective actions
• Facilitate governance and performance reviews in compliance with federal requirements
• Drive service improvements using performance measures and root cause analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience accepted
• 7+ years of experience in IT service management or enterprise service delivery, including 3+ years in service integration or operational leadership
• Strong expertise in ITIL-aligned incident, problem, request, knowledge, and change management
• Experience coordinating multiple vendors and technical stakeholders
• Strong skills in ServiceNow reporting, governance, escalation management, and service performance management

Pay

$150,000 – $175,000 annually
