Shuttle Driver - Part-Time

About the role
The Shuttle Driver is responsible for operating the property shuttle service between the property and the university. A set schedule and designated routes must be followed. A friendly and supportive disposition toward passengers is essential, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Arrive to work on time and maintain the designated shuttle schedule for the duration of the shift.
- Learn and follow designated routes for shuttle service.
- Ensure residents are driven safely to and from locations.
- Communicate with the Supervisor about any shuttle issues requiring attention.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies according to policies and procedures.
- Ensure understanding of and compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Contribute to resident satisfaction by meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Participate in Redstone training as required.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL may be required).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to sit for 4+ hours at a time.
- Upbeat and positive personality.
- Social and comfortable interacting with residents.
- Comfortable driving in various weather conditions.
Pay
Starting at $15.00 per hour, DOE.
