Responsibilities
Safely operate resort-owned shuttle vehicles for transporting employees, guests, and event attendees between designated locations including the resort, airport, employee housing, and offsite venues.
Ensure timeliness and accuracy of assigned routes and scheduled pick-ups/drop-offs.
Aid guests and staff with luggage or personal belongings as needed.
Provide professional, courteous, and informative service to all passengers.
Maintain communication with Security, Front Office, and Events teams regarding route status and transportation updates.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safe operation.
Keep shuttle vehicles clean, fueled, and stocked with resort-approved materials (water, signage, etc.).
Accurately log mileage, fuel usage, and incident reports when applicable.
Follow resort driving protocols and adhere to all Department of Transportation (DOT), local, and state driving regulations.
Report maintenance needs or safety concerns to the Security team promptly.
Support event logistics by assisting with traffic flow and guest transportation plans when needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must have a valid Utah driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Minimum of 2 years of professional driving or shuttle/transportation experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional during high-traffic periods or unforeseen delays.
Strong knowledge of local roads, GPS systems, and navigation tools.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
