About the role

Apple Autos is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Automotive Service Runner to join our dynamic team. Our dealership has been rated a Top Minnesota Workplace in the Star Tribune for the last 5 years, and we’re looking to add a passionate problem-solver to help us continue a legacy of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Parking and retrieving customers, company, and rental vehicles
• Driving shuttle vehicles
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the service areas
• Provide all customers with an exceptional experience
• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Communicate effectively with the service team and customers
• Cleaning and staging rental cars
• Assist with snow removal on vehicles and on lot
• Present a clean and professional appearance to customers
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed
• Pick up and delivery

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and with very minimum supervision
