Key Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival.
  • Aid passengers with loading and unloading luggage as needed.
  • Provide clear directions and respond to guest inquiries courteously.
  • Proactively identify and assist guests in need of transportation services.
  • Safely transport passengers along designated routes with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Ensure proper use of safety equipment (seat belts, emergency kits, fire extinguishers, etc.).
  • Plan and follow efficient routes using GPS or dispatch instructions.
  • Adjust routes based on traffic, weather, or operational needs.
  • Communicate delays or changes to dispatch or management promptly.
  • Maintain meeting delivery or transport schedules while maintaining safety.
  • Ensure proper parking and security of vehicle when not in use.
  • Operate shuttle vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws and company policies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle at all times.
  • Perform daily DOT vehicle inspections and report any safety concerns immediately.
  • Report all accidents, incidents, or maintenance issues promptly to management.
  • Ensure full compliance with DOT, state, and local regulations.
  • Ensure all required permits, licenses, and certifications are valid and up to date.
  • Accurately track and record passenger counts and complete required daily/shift reports.
  • Maintain professional communication with guests, clients, and team members at all times.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Medical Examiner Certificate.
  • Prior commercial or shuttle driving experience preferred.
  • Clean driving record in accordance with company standards.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must successfully pass a background check, in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.
  • Able to work in the United States and able to provide documentation verifying eligibility, as required by the Department of Homeland Security.

  • Ability to operate commercial vehicles requiring coordination and attention to detail.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and frequently enter/exit the vehicle.
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
