SHUTTLE DRIVER (H)
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on your vehicle to ensure safety.
- Provide reliable transportation between designated pick-up and drop-off locations.
- Safely load and unload passengers, offering assistance when needed.
- Communicate clearly and professionally over airport- and FCC-regulated radio channels.
- Maintain a clean and organized driver area.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism at all times while on ABM and client property.
- Report any incidents, issues, or claims to your dispatcher or supervisor right away.
- Practice safe and defensive driving at all times.
- Follow emergency and evacuation procedures if needed.
- Follow all DOT, Indiana Traffic, Client, and ABM laws, rules, and regulations.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid CDL Class B or Class A with Passenger Endorsement.
- Must be 21 years or older.
- No diploma or degree required (High School, GED, or College).
- 0–1 year of commercial driving experience is acceptable.
- One (1) year of prior work experience as passenger shuttle driver is preferred.
