Key Responsibilities
- Performs vehicle inspections, maintains cleanliness of bus interiors, fuels buses and logs trip counts.
- Provides assistance to passengers with special needs.
- Reports any accidents, violations of policy, safety hazards or unusual occurrences.
Technical Capabilities
- Safety (Intermediate): The knowledge of and attentiveness to safety as well as compliance with the rules regarding safety.
- Equipment Inspections (Intermediate): Reviews and Inspections is a systematic process of checking to see whether a piece of equipment is meeting specified requirements.
- Driving Practices (Intermediate): Knowledge and use of safe and compliant driving procedures.
- Local Area Awareness (Intermediate): Working knowledge of roads, buildings, and places in the local area.
- Customer Service (Novice): A continuing focus on the needs and requirements of customers, anticipating their needs, remaining sensitive to customers while performing services for them, responsive to customer needs.
- Critical Thinking (Novice): The objective analysis and evaluation of an issue in order to form a judgment.
Position Qualifications
- Responsibilities: Perform tasks that are typically routine that may impact team's performance with occasional guidance.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Experience: Relevant Work Experience, 1 year.
